Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: I had 12" of my Sigmoid Colon removed on 11/19/07. The tumor was 4.3cm at the colonoscopy, but more accurately measured 6.1cm after resection. There were 14 out of 32 lymph nodes with cancer cells present.

Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: LAR 9/17/2009 35-40 lymphnodes remove all cancer free. Lots of pain from surgery. Pull thru surgery 10/11/2009 because LAR failed. This final surgery saved me from a bag for life.

Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Removal of 7 in" of colon. 4 out of 16 lymph nodes were affected. Surgery recovery was slow. Port "installed" Feb. 13, 2013.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: 2/14/13 12 rounds of 5FU. Dropped the Oxaliplatin after 5 rounds because of moderate neuropathy. After metastasis to liver, 12 rounds of Zeloda. From 9/14-1/15
