Bio: This will be my 2nd bout with cancer. I was diagnosed in 2012 with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma undetermined primary site...treated as anal cancer. March 2017 my PET/CT scan showed the same thing...and an inguinal lymph node biopsy showed squamous cell.

Breast Cancer Symptoms: Lump and hardening of breast. I also noticed my body odor was changing and my doctor thought I was nuts. Look who was right, doc...and you were going to appease me with a mammogram.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Lymph node biopsy August 20, 2010, left a big ole scar! No more BP or needles in this arm!
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: December 1, 2010 will be my fourth round and then I will change to weekly Taxol. I have been fortunate in that I only feel badly for 4-5 days then I am back to doing what I need to, bald head and all. (Anyone with Taxol therapy could help me with details on this.)

Medical Term for the Type of Cancer: unclassifiable (between diffuse large B-cell and Burkitt) in other words unknown type but very agressive
Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Symptoms: abdominal pain especially when lying down to sleep; dizziness; shortness of breath; ultimately detection was a large mass growing on the back of my shoulder - excised and biopsied. Doctors say it is so rare that only 8 out of 700,000 cases of lymphoma are manifested/diagnosed via an external lesion like mine.
