Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Mitomycin & 5FU started on 1/18 ended on 1/22. Next chemo to start on 2/15. Side effects were constipation, fatigue and low appetite and aversion to smells.

Anal Cancer Symptoms: pain attributed to hem or may anal fissure. Treated for hemorrhoids for approx 6 months before DX. Slight rectal bleeding, pain, pressure, difficulty with BM's. IBS type symptoms. Found lump vaginally first.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: 5fu and Mitomycin two rounds Oct-Nov 2018. Did not tolerate 5fu. Caused a Type 2 heart attack. Each round of chemo required heart unit stays/

Anal Cancer Symptoms: 3 1/2 cm growth believed to be an extra large strombrous hemmoroid removed on 1/16/2017. Bled alot and very painfully. Taken off but stem and surrounding areas still there
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Had growth removed in Candler Memorial in Letter by Dr Headley. He thought it was just an hemorrhoid until the pathology report came back

Colon and Rectal Cancer Symptoms: Sister's (colon): abdominal pain, blood in stool, gasy feeling M-i-l: Shortness of breath that brought her to ER. Turned out t be fluid on lungs that tested positive for cancer cells. Further testing revealed primary site was ovaries.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Sister: Scheduled for colon resection and hysterectomy 4/20/12. M-i-l: Numerous paracentesis and filter for blood clots.
