Medical Term for the Type of Cancer: Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma
Kidney Cancer Symptoms: Memory Loss, Lower Back Pain, Night Sweats, Fatigue, Confusion, Water Retention, Bloating, Toxicity Weight Gain - RCC Discovered during ultrasound for doctors theory of me having PCOS - due to my symptoms. CT Scan confirmed suspected RCC and 4 nodes on left lower lobe of lung.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy to remove tumor on Left Kidney, March 25th 2011 - Surgery was a great with good margins taken. Side effects were extreme nausea, lung collapse, and continual fluid on left lung to date.

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Xeloda oral 2000, started March 22nd - OK up to date Folfox - starting August 29th, port inserted on July 29th. Side effects from folfox - berable - cold sensitivity in hands and eyelids. Tingling in hands, shin cramps, tiredness, eye dryness.

Colon and Rectal Cancer Symptoms: October 2007 started with infrequent stomach pain and unusual bowel movements. December 2007 more frequent stomach pain, blood in stools, and excessive tiredness.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Sepember 30 removal and resection of 14cm of colon and rectum. 5 of 20 lymph nodes were infected. Because of type 2 diabetes recovery was slow and developed an abscess from where the resection did not heal. A Cook drain was installed to drain the abscess.
