Sarcoma Symptoms: swelling of right leg
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: 30/8/11 - Removal of large sarcoma in right groin, 8/10/14 removal of secondary sarcomas in right lung, 20/11/14 removal of secondary sarcomas in left lung, 1/12/15 removal of sarcoma right groin (which turned into just a biopsy) one surgery to come.

Anal Cancer Symptoms: 'Hemorroids' not responding to over the counter medication, general discomfort, small lump. I had an abnormal Pap test result in 1991 (CIN cell change, not cancerous) and had laser treatment. Given the link with CIN, HPV and anal cancer it seems that this could be related and been dormant for many years.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: 1st round 23-27 March 2015 - minimal physical side effects, more pyscologial with PICC line fear and awareness of carrying chemo bottle around for a week. 2nd round 20th -24th April - felt more at ease with the bottle and had no real side effects until the end of the week, then developed terrible mouth sores around back teeth - which…more

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Symptoms: Fatigue, vommiting, sick, flu like symptoms, ear ache, my dog started acting really weird too. Increased heart rate, pale, dizzy, lazy, moody (idk) I actually don't know why I put up with it at all what the hell...
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Got the port thing in and my arm stiffened up ALOT back stiffened up ALOT night sweats nightmares sadness. Also LP's which are hard because I got a shit back.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: I'm getting three chemo a dont know what they're called but they all make me feel like crap. But whatever makes me better I guess. Fatigue, sick, swollen ankles, sensitive skin, pins and needles in finger tips. Bowel movements slow down. But speed up after a while

Colon and Rectal Cancer Symptoms: I had bleeding from my bowel and I thought 'I must get around to getting these haemorrhoids fixed one day'. I sure wish I had done something about it sooner rather than later.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: March 25th 2009 - ultra low rectal resection, illio stoma (reversed in Nov 2009 - farewell to Homa!!)
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: May 2009 - Sept 2009 FolFox, peripheral nerve damage to hands and feet (used to unload dishwasher with ski gloves on cause touching plates etc felt like pickiing up glass!) All good now with help of Vit E and Alpha-lipoic acid suppliments. Xeloda - long term chemo. March 2010 til now and according to onologist, forever!! damages skin on my fingers…more
