Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: from Oct. 2004 to July 2009 I have had 3 colon surgeries, now there is nothing left, a total hysterectomy and my gallbladder removed. I have had more colonoscopies than I can count...and have had two port-a-caths in and out.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: two 6 month bouts...one 2004 to 2005. next March 2007 to Sept. 2007 Nueropathy, memory loss, balance issues, joint and muscle pain

Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Lumpectomy and lymph node clearence 2008,ovaries both large tumour 2010, total gastrectomy and lymphs around stomach area 2015, speenectomy 20 percent pancreas and 20 percent removal of bowel. Difficlulty eating cant gain weight, nigjt sweats,pian in joints and bone, muscles.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Six rounds in 2008 and 12 rounds in 2015 got through these not too bad in the big scheme of things.

Medical Term for the Type of Cancer: adinocarcinoma: K-RAS positive
Colon and Rectal Cancer Symptoms: Extreme change in bowel habits leading up to complete constipation (blockage) and weight loss
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: had 12 inches of colon removed along with 14 lymph nodes, 5 of which were positive. Mets to the liver. Surgeon made an incision from an inch above my navel down, about 10 inches. No colostomy… so far. 12/14: hysterectomy to remove metastasis on ovary.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: folofox: 3/14-9/14, starting again 1/15

Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: smit sleeve for brachytherapy (internal radiation); Port placement (power port); lymph node removal for biopsy in Aug 2014
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Cisplatin: Took 2 treatments, 1 week apart. Tolerated well. No nausea, though stomach very "acidy" feeling. Eating bland foods often throughout the day helped. Did have some tiredness. No loss of hair. Had to stop Cisplatin for a while due to frequent ringing in ears. Medical Term for the Type of Cancer: Primary Cervical Adenocarcinoma
Cervical Cancer Symptoms: 7.2 cm mass found in cervix. Pet scan revealed that it has spread to ovaries and lymph nodes. Severe constant pelvic pain that goes down right side of leg. Difficulty urinating (pressure no pain). Pain thankfully responds to 800mg motrin.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: First chemo was on Friday 9/15/17. 3 chemo infusions over 8 hours. To be done every 3 weeks. Next scheduled 10/6/17. Have had no nausea or vomiting.
