Stage of Cancer: Stage 4
Medical Term for the Type of Cancer: Follicular Lymphoma
Cancer Symptoms: Occasional night sweats, mild pain in stomach, some fatigue.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: I will be starting Bendamustine and Rituximab chemo on August 20th and 21st. I will be having treatment for 2 days every 28 days for 6 months followed by 2 years of maintenance therapy.

Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: 7/29/10FNA of thyroid (not bad), 8/5/10Vacuum Assisted Core Needle Biopsy on breast mass(Ouch but better in 24 hours),8/18/10 mediport insertion(localized soreness),8/19/10 Bilateral Bone Marrow Biopsy(Ouch followed by days of sore) Lumpectomy 3/16/18 with Sentinel Node Biopsy
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: R-CHOP starts 8/26/10 Major Side Effects Day 1-3 Headache and Diarrhea Mouth Sores Days 3-6 TCH starts 4/23/18
