Tongue Cancer Symptoms: Brachial cleft cyst at the base of neck - HPV+, noncancerous. 2 1/2 years later, swollen cervical lymph node.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Right partial glossectomy, less than half the tongue (3.1 cm with necrosis). Right tonsillar fossa tumor resection. Ovarian Cancer Symptoms: I found a lump in my neck above my collarbone, and I had been having shortness of breath when speaking and exercising. Also tightness of upper chest when exercising.

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Combined carboplatin and taxol, both administered systemically by IV started August 10, 2011, with last cycle administered November 23, 2011. Anal Cancer Symptoms: Hemorrhoids- went to OB/GYN in Feb complaining of hemorrhoids. Then again in April with pressure she said hemorrhoids. Knew something was wrong so self scheduled with colo rectal doctor.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: May 16th colonoscopy - May 17th Path report - Anal cancer - constipation, itchy burning "hemorrhoid type" symptoms then pressure on vaginal wall
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: 5 FU - through port for 5 days June 6th and again July 5th - survived first dose with severe sore throat, mouth sores and rash. Dreading July 5th
