Cancer Symptoms: Chronological order: Blood-tinged drainage for months, then heavy bleeding with BMs-which I "hoped", for months, would go away. A hard skin tag, change in stool appearance, increased difficulty defecating. PAIN!

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: 12 total Erbitux sessions, once weekly, January 13 - March 31, 2011. Increasing fatigue and, ironically, insomnia following each session. Medical Term for the Type of Cancer: Papillary Carcinoma
Cancer Symptoms: Two new nodules showed up on my five-year cancer CT for lymphoma. Subsequent ultrasound and then biopsies revealed papillary carcinoma. Total thyroidectomy performed 6/10/15, now starting the process for radioactive iodine ablation therapy.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: 6/10/15 Total thyroidectomy and relocation of parathyroid glands. Removal 15 lymph nodes.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: RCHOP 21. Three rounds total. 11/2/0, 11/23/10, and 12/14/10. Worst effects so far: heartburn to point of esophageal spasms, constipation, headache, mouth tenderness and dryness, fatigue and hair loss. This was for the Lymphoma. No chemo…more
