To be diagnosed, I had a lymph node on the side of my neck removed to be tested in late October, 2008. That was what confirmed the diagnosis of Hodgkins lymphoma. I also had a (purple power) port placed in November then removed in July of 2009 after the treatments ended.
Mediastinoscopy, Jan. 30, 2009; Port-A-Cath implanted Feb. 9, 2009.

Cervical lymph nodes removed Sep 2009. Surgery went smoothly. Iliac (abominal lymph node removed) and ovary removed for freezing after relapse in April 2010. PermCath placed R side of chest/neck May 2010 for salvage chemo and autograft of stem cells.
Removal of one axillary lymph node on May 17, 2010, for biopsy.
Had chest x-ray July 10, CT scan July 17th PET scan July 24th. Lymphnode biopsy set for tomorrow August 12th. Port put in August 23rd.
Okay. The only surgeries I had was for the Biopsy of my cancer Tumor and for my chemo port. :D yes chemo port. Lovely little thing...

i had lypmnodes removed removed on my neck and under my right arm January 29th, 2011. Positive for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. And March 29th, I had the port for the chemotherapy put in.
11/02/10- Biopsy on left lymph Node- Pain, swelling. 12/10- Port placement-Pain swelling 03/11-Port malfunction and removal- Heart Damage, 3 days Hospitalized 03/11-PICC Line placement-pain, annoyance, No swimming :(

Port placement October 18th ~thankfully no side effects as of yrt. Egg retrieval completed on November 13th with a total of 34 fertilized eggs :)~ very painful recovery, uncomfortable, daily injections, complete bed rest for 4 days after..
Lymphectomy, 10/3/13, pain was the only side effect

Port insertion- June 2 2014, pain for a few days. Port Removal -December 1 2014, pain for a few days but not as painful as the insertion.

I am doing a test drug in the process of right now with a combination of ice I am the fourth person in the world to do it so far two out of the three people have been successful if me and the other two people left our successful this will open up a whole new world of hope for lymphoma patients

It remained HL. 13th July, 2015. Laparoscopy of Ovary (Fertility Preservation). 20th July, 2015. PICC line Inserted. 1st September, 2015. Insertion of Hickman Line. (Stemcell Collection) 5th September, 2015. Insertion of Central Line. Inserted to replace Hickman line as it had fallen into the right ventricle of the heart. 14th September, 2015. Insertion of Apheresis Catheter into Femoral Vein (groin). (Used for stemcell collection).
