goodbye to hairViews: 668

I am almost done with radiation. I almost made it with my hair. But…... This past Wed. I had a huge patch just magical disappear.
I had a some fall out everyday since this started but my hair is so thick, I could never tell where it was falling out from. Now, it is it is a big place.
Sadly, this has been really hard on me. Yet, my husband, family and friends don’t understand what it is like for hair to say goodbye in one day. Each day, the patch is getting bigger and bigger. This is the second time in two years that I have had to say goodbye to me hair. I don’t like it! I think only ya’ll understand this. It is just another problem, another wake-up call saying “Hello, you have cancer!” Boy, this isn’t fun.
I am a school teacher, what are my students going to say and think about me when school starts back. I know this is a small problem, truely is should be the least of my worries but it is hard.

yeah, its a hard thing to go through..my mother actualy did 2 chemo treatments & 28 radiation treatments..she made it with hair untill now, of course when we only have a week ina half left! but just think—this wont last forever. STAY strong.
