Hello everyone, I have a close family friend that has been battling with stage 4 cancer since late October. She has went through chemotherapy and radiation but was told this past Sunday her body wasn’t responding. They then told her that her cancer was terminal and are giving her up to 6 months to live. I was wondering if someone would be willing to tell their story to lift her spirits. She just married a year and a half ago and had her first child last July so she has been very down. If anyone feels comfortable writing her an email please write me at z103367@students.niu.edu
Thank you all,
Kristen

Dear Kristin; You are very important to your friend right now. For you to put yourself out there to find people who would like to share their story is quite remarkable. I’m sure your friend is very upset and now needs to focus on her daughter. It is always shocking to hear other stories of people’s courage and how they move through their fear and pain. Let’s hope that your friend has a good medical team and they provide the best care for her now. Relieve the pain and give good council. Pray for her and her family. That is something that we all can do without fear. Here’s to you and your friend.
