Hi I'm Back

Hi all! As you see I’m back.
I know it has been a long time.
I had to take time and care for my Hubby he had some Heart problems and Blood Presser. We have taken care of this it is lower than it has been in years.

I have been busy. I have been speaking at different Womens Clubs here in AZ. I am talking about how important it is to get your Mammogram. I know that not everyone has Brest Cancer.
but this is my mission in life is to make people understand. that know matter what kind of Cancer, it needs to be found early, so it can be taken care of.

I know how important it is to support others( “We need to take care of each other”) but to do so we need to take care of ourselves also.

It is good to be back, I missed all of you and look forward
to hearing from and supporting all of you.
