How Do I Feel Today?Views: 444

Hi all,My name is Sue,I am new here, and thought I would comment on how feelings may change from day to day…I sincerely hope this takes off and many are comfortable enough to share their feelings..It may be public, but this is your community, and there are lots of caring, loving people here…I am no counselor or psychologist, but I have two ears, love to listen, and a pretty strong set of shoulders that can carry almost anything..(smile)
I first came to this site as a supporter for Grace, who I met on another website, and after reading some posts,I found that I would like to be a part of this..I wanted to talk about feelings because although I do not have cancer,it still affects me directly as I watch family members and friends deal with their struggles..I get mad at this disease for causing so much pain in people! But,I am at their side, even if it`s just to listen or sit quietly with them on a bad day..Everyone needs comfort and support almost as much as we need the air that we breathe..It`s calming to know that someone really understands, and doesn`t try to stop you from having that good, long, cleansing cry that you needed to have because they felt uncomfortable at your show of emotion…
I may not know your pain, but I know pain..I may not even know you,but I`m here for you..
Always,Susan
