Cancer in the classroom

I am a college student and I am taking a journalism class in which I need to create a semester-long multimedia project. I have chosen to do my assignment on breast cancer because, although it has not directly affected me (knock on wood), it is something that I feel strongly about. After reading many of your posts I really sympathize with you and I feel so inspired to help this cause. I just want to thank all of you for being public with your stories because I feel it will definitely help create awareness for other Americans. Good luck and God bless.

Catee1330 – I agree with you so much. I feel as a community we can help raise awareness and help so many people by having a place to find information. A place where even if you don’t join in you know someone else is feeling the same way you are. And we have a stronger voice as a group. Thanks for your post.
