| Lance Armstrong Ride for a Cure fundraiser | Views: 530 |
Hello all,
Here is an email from a good friend of mine from my Navy years. Jeff has dedicated his life to the service of his country, his friends, and his family. Jeff has taken up the cause once again, this time joining with the Lance Armstrong foundation to ride in the Armstrong Challenge in Portland Oregon at the end of this month. If any of you has ever had the unfortunate experience of seeing a loved one or friend sickened by cancer you can understand how important it is for us to work to find a cure.
If you can find it in your heart (and your budget allows) please help support Jeff when he rides in Portland. There is a link to the official fund raising website below.

Family and Friends,
More than 1.3 million people in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer this year alone.
Susan and I have been donating to cancer research for years, It was cancer that took her mothers life at 48 yrs old and eventually made her father so sick and weak before dying of pneumonia.
You may already know how passionate I’ve become about bicycling. I am going to participate in the LIVESTRONG 100 mile bicycling Challenge In Portland Oregon on 30 September. With just Under Four weeks to go until the Portland ride I am working towards my Goal of $2,500. Currently I stand at $575.00 Thank you very much to those of you who already donated and if you are planning to and just have not found the time, don’t worry there is still plenty of time.
You can donate online by following my link below. Thank you in advance for your generosity and understanding how important this cause and event are to me.
Sincerely,
Jeff Kramer
